Kim Bishop

Employee Benefit Specialist

Kim Bishop is a native Oregonian and comes to Montgomery and Graham, as a specialist in the voluntary benefits field as well as the group health market. She specializes in creating creative and strategic, overall benefits packages to suit each clients needs. Her goal is to work with employers to help them find ways to lower their health benefits costs, while still maintaining the overall integrity of the plan employers want for their employees.

She has her Master’s degree in Organizational Management and teaches part time for PCC in their business department. She is a US Army Veteran and has spent the last few years as a sales manager in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry as well as in the voluntary insurance industry. She is licensed in Life and Health and is currently seeking her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation.
