Senior Vice President and Workers’ Compensation Practice Leader, Robert Bailey has devoted his career to helping companies in the Northwest manage worker safety and insurance.  Bob knows that clients of Montgomery & Graham Property & Casualty benefit greatly from having a trusted risk management and insurance advisor. 

His professional experience has included serving as a consultant for risk management in private industry, Director of Workers’ Compensation for a national insurance brokerage firm, and a Regional Manager for a national insurance company.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Oregon State University.  He has earned the professional designations of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), and Associate in Risk Management (ARM).
