Scott Lyda is a native Oregonian.  Scott began working with Wes Montgomery and Eric Graham in the spring of 1993.  He began specializing in employee benefits and agency development in 1998 and is a Partner of Montgomery & Graham Inc. as well as Polestar Benefits Inc. Scott manages the sales department and takes great pride in developing a prosperous sales team and delivering top level service to Montgomery & Graham clients.
