Wes Montgomery is a Business graduate of Eastern Oregon University with degrees in Business Administration and Economics.  Wes began his carrier with the Mutual of Omaha companies where he achieved their highest sales honor.  It was at the Mutual of Omaha companies where he and Eric Graham began their vision to offer business solutions to the small business owner. In 1997 Eric and Wes chose to take the next step towards their vision by launching Montgomery & Graham, Inc.  Now this two man team has grown to over 50 employees with a goal of offering innovative benefit planning and the highest level of administrative services.  Wes is active in his community and sits on several youth sports boards and has coached football at Sherwood High School since 1990 where he is currently the Assistant Head Coach for the varsity football team.
